Sarah Indarjit-Sukhoo

You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to help guide you through life challenges with care, connection, and compassion. I will meet you where you are in your journey and help you develop healthier ways of coping, thinking, and connecting with others. Whether you are a little person with big feelings, a teenager trying to manage intense pressure, a parent trying to support your child’s emotional health, or a family going through a transition, I am here to support you with your goals.

Sarah is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Sarah holds a Master of Social Work degree from Windsor University and Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Sarah’s clinical background includes working in non-profit mental health organizations and private practice supporting children, youth, and families. She has a strong passion for providingearly intervention from a strength-based, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach. Sarah will build upon your strengths while working together on your goals through an individualized treatment plan. She values building a trusting relationship in a safe and inclusive space. Sarah takes pride in being transparent, creative, compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental.

Sarah incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy in her practice. Sarah has specialized skills and knowledge supporting clients through anxiety, emotional regulation and expression, family relationships, parenting challenges, peer relationships, school difficulties, behavioural concerns, self-esteem, and trauma.
