Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t easy—but it’s a brave and hopeful one. Maybe you’re a parent worried about your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult trying to make sense of your thoughts and emotions. Whatever brought you here, it means a part of you is ready for something to change. It takes courage to slow down, explore your emotions, and imagine something different. Together, I hope to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. Where you can feel seen, heard, and equipped to move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University. She works with children (5+), youth, adults, and families, offering a compassionate and collaborative space for growth and healing.
Guided by empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand people’s stories, Julia draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She has extensive experience supporting clients through anxiety, grief, depression, burnout, family dynamics, perfectionism, and parenting challenges.
Julia’s clinical background spans both non-profit mental health organizations and private practice, where she has witnessed the power of connection in creating meaningful change. She strives to help each person she works with feel seen, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with their values.
“I believe therapy is a place where healing begins through connection. It is a space to slow down, explore what feels heavy, and rediscover the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard. Together, we can make sense of your experiences and help you move toward the life you want to live.”
