Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports youth (10+), adults, couples, and families. With a Bachelor’s of Education and nearly a decade of experience as an educator, she brings deep understanding and compassion to her practice. Jessica has a special passion for supporting individuals with ADHD, learning disabilities, and other forms of neurodiversity. She recognizes how neurodiversity can shape self-perception and is committed to creating a warm, judgment-free space where clients can feel seen, accepted, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
Jessica is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy but tailors her approach for the individual needs of each client. Her ideal client is anyone ready for change but is struggling to determine their next steps. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is under the direct supervision of Clinical Director, Tamara Daniszewski.
“Effective therapy happens when you feel comfortable with your therapist and are ready to make change. Therapy doesn’t fix you, but rather, allows you to understand yourself and grow in ways that serve you. Let's work together to get you to where you want to be!”
